Cancellations Policy
Any cancellation by you (for whatever reason) must be in writing addressed to us by fax or e-mail. The effective date of cancellation is the date on which written notification is received by us. If you cancel eight weeks or more before arrival you will lose your deposit. If you cancel within eight weeks of arrival or if the booking is cancelled by us due to non-payment, we shall be entitled to the full booked rental cost from you.
Non refundable deposit. Security deposit will be fully refunded.
We recommend customers arrange or enquire in home country about holiday travel insurance covering trip cancellations and air or boat travel delays/changes resulting from bad weather or strikes etc...
